Maria, R.D.H. (Hygienist)

Maria is one of Dr. Swenda’s hygienists. With nearly twenty-five years of dental experience, Maria is ever mindful of her patient’s oral hygiene and periodontal condition, and places the patient’s needs first.  Her gentle and caring attitude is a tremendous asset to our dental practice.

A dental assistant for eighteen years, Maria furthered her education and has never looked back.

Maria is a lifelong resident of Delaware County where she lives with her husband, three lovely children and dog. She loves spending time with her family, working out and reading.

Patty, Licensed Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Patty has been Dr. Swenda’s lead dental assistant since 1992. With over twenty years experience as an expanded function dental assistant, Patty is ever mindful of her patient’s comfort. She is involved with Harcum College as a dental advisor on their Board. She is also a member of the Dental Assistant National Board (DANB).

Patty

Patty lives with her husband and two great kids.  Her favorite things to do are to take walks with their black lab, sit on the beach with a good book, and to get together with family and friends.

Patricia Toy, Dental Aide/Lab Aide

Patricia has had many years of experience in the dental community, specifically in the Orthodontic field of dentistry, helping patients and doctors with chairside assisting, taking dental records and lab work.

Patricia has lived and raised her two children in West Chester.  She loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband, children, and precious grandchildren.

She is also very happy in her garden, and enjoys cooking, reading, and listening to great music.

Trisha Duffy, Front Office Coordinator

Trisha has been Dr. Swenda’s patient for over 9 years, and now is our front office coordinator.  With her business experience and positive attitude, Trisha hopes to make all our patients feel welcome the moment they walk through the door.

Lori, R.D.H. (Hygienist)

Lori was asked to join Dr. Swenda’s dental practice after temping for his office over a couple of months.  Lori is totally committed to learning and experiencing all aspects of dentistry to pass along to her patients.

Lori lives in Chester Springs with her two active teens, and three cats.  Free time is spent on gardening, working out, reading, and time with her teens.
